The Board of Springboard Trust & Investment Ltd is chaired by Mr Sule Ozenua. He is a 1976 graduate of Physics from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife. He holds a Certificate in Air Traffic from Nigeria Civil Aviation Training Center, Zaria (1978) and MBA from University of Lagos (1986). A seasoned Aviation Consultant with an in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian Aviation industry, he has served the Aviation industry at various level of responsibilities including Air Traffic Controller, Lagos Airport, between 1977 and 1991 before he was transferred to FAAN Headquarters in 1996 as General Manager, Operations/Facilitations.
Through a competitive selection process conducted by ACCENTURE Consulting Firm, Mr Ozenua, an investor with a passion for capital market was appointed the Managing Director/ CEO of FAAN in 2000 and retired from service in 2001. He was Chairman, Board of Directors of International Airports Consultant Limited, and member of a number of professional bodies amongst which are: Institute of Directors, President’s Council American Management Association, Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigerian institute of International Affairs, Airport Council International and British Institute of Management.
Alhaji Haruna Mohammed UWAIS

Haruna Mohammed Uwais graduated in B.Sc. Economics in 1987 from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota, USA. He worked at various levels and Departments in Allied Bank Nig Plc, Urban Development Bank and UBA Plc. Mr. Uwais is an astute investor with a keen interest in the Capital Market.
Alhaji Shehu YAKUBU-CONCERN

Mr. Shehu Yakubu-Concern is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Springboard Trust and Investment Limited, one of the leading Stock broking and Investment banking firm in Nigeria. A 1987 graduate of Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria with Thirty years of experience, most of which were at Senior Management Levels in both private and public sectors of the economy. He is an authorized dealing Clerk of The Nigerian Exchange (NGX) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
He has over Twenty five (25) years of practical professional experience in Portfolio Management, Primary Market Operations, Financial Consulting and Stock Dealing. He worked in various capacities with Arewa Hotels Development Limited where he served as an Investment Analyst before joining the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs as an Admin/Special Assistant to the Director of Administration and Finance. In 1992, he was invited to the Corporate Affairs Department of Rims Merchant Bank Limited and later transferred to the investment arm of the Bank (Rims Securities Limited).
He left Rims Group in 1995 to set up Reward Investment and Services Limited with the former President of The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers from where he resigned in 2000 as Head of Operations to steer the Management team of Springboard Trust and Investment Limited. He has actively participated in a numbers of issues in Primary and Secondary Market. Mr Yakubu-Concern is formidable in deal origination, structuring and execution with experience in corporate restructuring as well as advisory services.
Mr. Joe ABBA
Executive Director – Administration
He is a seasoned Administrator, a Marketing Technocrat and Asset Manager. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma and a master degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing Management. He is a member of several professional bodies. Among them is the fellowship of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, an alumni member of the Lagos Business School. His work experience spans over 2 (Two) decades of practical capital market operations. He has attended several seminars and training on Portfolio/Asset Management in Nigeria and overseas. He is a pioneer member of staff of the company and currently the Executive Director (Administration).
Abimbola Kehinde SOFOWORA

Kenny Sofowora is a solicitor, qualified in Nigeria and England & Wales. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 1998 and to the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996. She currently practices in both Jurisdictions.
Kenny trained at the law Practice of Abayomi Sogbesan (SAN) and Co as Junior Counsel in 1988 and later worked as a Legal Officer in Nigeria- Arab Bank. On relocation to the UK, in 1990, Kenny was employed as an Associate Consultant at CSL – Touche Ross, part of the Deloitte & Touche Group, where she specialised in Corporate Debt Recovery and Insolvency Practice. She worked in the London West End Firms of Fitzgrahams Solicitors and Michael, Amy & Partners, prior to setting up the niche practice of Addie & Co Solicitors in 1998, where she remained as Equity Partner until December 2013. Kenny is currently the Principal Partner of Liberty@Law Ltd, with offices in both Nigeria and the UK.
She is a qualified Trust and Tax Practitioner (T.E.P.) specialising in long term planning strategies including, UK property portfolio acquisition and management, wealth protection structures, governance and generational succession planning for individuals, families and businesses. This include UK and International Tax and Estate Planning matters for both onshore and offshore clients.
As a seasoned legal practitioner, Kenny further specialises Probate and Administration of Estates: Commercial and Residential Property Law for Corporations and Individuals; Debt Recovery and Management; Corporate and Commercial Law; Civil Litigation; Immigration and Nationality Law. Kenny is an Accredited Commercial Mediator and International Arbitrator. She is also a specialist law and compliance adviser to several registered charities in the UK. Kenny sits on the Board of various Charities and companies in the Nigeria and the UK.
Finally, Kenny is a prolific public speaker, who has been involved in organising and participating in various conferences in Nigeria and the UK.
